Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@sonochic.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be mailed to: Sono Chic, 420 High Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or original payment method refunds.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care and beauty products.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and use your store credit toward a new purchase.
Store credit We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, store credit will be issued within 5 business days and emailed to you. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@sonochic.com.
